Joining Healthier Kids Foundation

The Healthier Kids Foundation and Kids in Common begin an exciting new chapter in their shared commitment to improving the lives of children, youth, and families across Santa Clara County. Kids in Common will officially join Healthier Kids Foundation, bringing together two organizations with complementary strengths and a shared vision for helping every child thrive.

This transition brings together Healthier Kids Foundation's expertise in removing barriers to health, learning, and life success through direct services with Kids in Common's leadership in advocacy, systems change, collective impact, and cross sector collaboration. Together, the combined organization will be uniquely positioned to address both the immediate needs children face today and the broader systems that shape their future.
